This descriptive research study examines the perceptions of former graduate students from Governors State University’s Educational Administration Program regarding the quality and quantity of their mentoring experience and their suggestions for mentoring implementation. Email solicitations were sent to 250 former students to request their participation.  Participants were directed to the site where they were asked to respond anonymously to 8 quantitative questions and 2 qualitative questions.
