Preparing the Manuscript/s for Review
Upon submission, the Editor and Directors first "process" the manuscript (i.e., remove any author names or other identifying information) BEFORE selecting or assigning reviewers. This assures a "blind review" as reviewers do not know the author/s and after completion of the reviews, author/s do not know the reviewers.
