Digital ELR LIBRARY SUBSCRIPTIONS
The library subscription rate is $85 per year. An IP is required for access, and includes (1) full-text Online access to both current and archived issues, and (2) unlimited free downloading of PDF copies. With a subscription, libraries also have free access to three other NCPEA Publications, (1) IJELP (2) NCPEA Yearbook, and (3) NCPEA Policy Briefs.
