Though it is acceptable to take direct quotes from websites, references (URLs) must be given and the citation must be placed in quotation marks. If the editors and/or reviewers discover plagiarism, NCPEA reserves the right to notify both author and institution of the situation.
SPECIAL NOTE to Authors: Be aware that the IJELP will now publish one issue per year in April. Though we welcome submissions at anytime, we will begin reviewing for each issue at the submission deadline, one month prior to each publication, March 1.
